If you're not happy with a Buyer's Verdict you bought from Vehicle Scouter, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No long forms — just email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll refund you back to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days.

What's eligible

One-off Buyer's Verdict purchases (£2.99) made through Vehicle Scouter.
Any purchase where the service failed to deliver (e.g. report could not be generated).

How to request

Reply to your Stripe receipt email or contact us via the address on the home page. Include the email address used at checkout and your order number. We aim to action requests within 2 business days.

UK consumer rights

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because Buyer's Verdicts are digital content delivered immediately on purchase, your statutory right to cancel may not apply once you have started using the content — but our 14-day guarantee above applies regardless.
